Located on the first floor, the suite is accessed via the shared entrance serving the main offices within the building. The space benefits from its own kitchenette area, together with access to communal WC facilities.

The suite includes one allocated parking space, with further parking available within the centre’s car park on a first-come, first-served basis (additional spaces cannot be guaranteed).

The rent is exclusive of VAT, which will be payable at the prevailing rate.

A contribution of £15.00 per calendar month plus VAT is payable towards water and drainage.

The suite is available on an initial proposed lease term of 12 months, with full lease terms available on request.
