Suite 5 at The Brunel Centre is an airconditioned, flexible office space measuring approximately 246 square feet. The office/training suite is situated on the first floor and shares an entrance with our main offices. The office has its own kitchenette area for tea and coffee making facilities; and also has use of the communal toilets. One Parking Space comes with the Suite. Additional parking spaces are available in the car park on a first come first served basis so there is no guarantee of additional parking.

The rent is exclusive of and subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Business Rates Apply. A contribution of £18.00 pcm including VAT towards water and drainage applies as well as a contribution towards buildings insurance. Full proposed lease terms are available on request. Initial proposed lease term of twelve months.

A deposit of three times the monthly rent plus VAT will apply.
