2023 has been a busy year! Griffith Nobes Sales & Lettings has been formed by Carolina Griffith and Steven Nobes. Our mission is simple - To build a modern Estate Agency that puts its customers first, delivering an exceptional, high quality, friendly and reliable service to our local communities.
Meet the team
Carolina Griffith
A familiar face to many of our customers having served the communities of Wotton-Under-Edge, Cam and Dursley and surrounding towns and villages for over twenty years as a residential sales and lettings agent. Carolina has an extensive in-depth knowledge and understanding of the local property market and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Steven Nobes
With over a decade of experience managing, buying, selling and letting both commercial and residential properties, Steven is a skilled negotiator. With a background in accountancy and a wealth of experience ironing out the fine details in complex property and land transactions, he is the perfect complement to the sales progression process.
