Our pricing is clear and transparent, we charge 1% including VAT (That's 0.83% + VAT) of the price we achieve for your home. We do have a minimum charge of £2,500 including VAT. Our transparent fee is inclusive of professional photography, floor plans as well as marketing your home on RightMove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and Prime Location as well as our own website and social media. We operate on a no-sale no-fee basis and our initial market appraisal is always completely free and no-obligation.
